Build 20140126-0:

   New functionalities:
      - Bandscope can now be dragged (click and drag the mouse)
      - Bandscope can now be zoomed (move the mouse wheel to change the span)
      - Added graphical filter on the spectrogram

   Changes:
      - Changed the appearance of bandscope and AF signal graphics
      - Removed glares from the background
      - Changed the behaviour of the AF gain control

   Bugs fixed:
      - Application could only run as administrator on Windows Vista/7/8
      - PCROnLine button didn't show LOCAL button to return to local mode
      - Fixed some problems on the memory import option
      - USB to serial driver on Mac OS X brings the CPU to 100% when the application is idle


Build 20131201-0:

   New functionalities:
      - Added capacity for 1000 banks of 1000 memories each.
      - Added the option to modify an existing memory or bank.
      - Added a new button to access PCR OnLine and select a remote site.


   Changes:
      - Installations without any receivers are now allowed (only to access remote sites).
      - The buttons to select receivers now show the antenna name instead of the port name.
      - Reordered function buttons below secondary panel
      - The application will only work in local mode very soon. This is to avoid the apocalyptic Java messages.
      - Applied changes on Aoki file format appeared with bib13.txt


   Bugs fixed:
      - Checks if the audio device name is incorrect and fixes it automatically.
      - The receivers list now scrolls down if they don't fit.
